What It Is

Your Own Show About Billings.

You sit down and talk to someone for an hour. We turn that hour into a lot of things.

A video podcast

Goes on YouTube and Facebook. People watch you, so they get to know you.

An audio podcast

Goes on Spotify and Apple. People listen while they drive around town.

8 to 10 short clips

For Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. That's your posts for the whole month.

All of that comes from one hour of talking.

Why It Works

People Buy Houses From Someone They Already Trust.

Here are the three reasons this works better than posting listings.

Two people recording a podcast at BLP Creative Studio
1

Your guests send you business

Ask a lender for coffee and they say maybe. Ask them to be on your show and they say yes. Do that 40 times and you know 40 people who can send you clients — and they all shared your show with their own people.

2

People know you before you meet

You have to explain what you're worth before you show a single house now. That's a hard talk. It's much easier when they've already watched you answer their questions online.

3

You win more listings

Every agent says "I'll market your home." You say "I have a show people in Billings watch, and I'll put your house on it." Nobody else in that room can say that.

One Honest Thing

Your Show Will Not Go Viral. That's Fine.

300 people in Billings watching is worth more than 50,000 strangers. Because 300 people in Billings can actually hire you. The strangers never will.

Don't count views. Count how many people say "I saw your show" at your next open house.

How It Works

Four Steps. You Only Do One of Them.

1

We get your guest

Tell us who you want on. We call them, book them and remind them.

2

You show up and talk

Dress like you're meeting a client. Talk for an hour. That's your whole job.

3

We make it look good

We film it, cut it, add captions and make the short clips.

4

We put it online

YouTube, Spotify, Apple, Instagram, Facebook. All of it, for you.

You come in once a month for two hours. That's the whole thing.

The Studio

It's Right Here. 14 S 27th Street.

Five studios in downtown Billings. Cameras, lights and microphones already set up and ready. You don't buy anything. You don't learn anything. You just walk in.

No drive to Bozeman. No flight to Denver. Ten minutes from your office.

"But What Would I Talk About?"

Pick One. That's the Hardest Part.

Talk to local people

Builders, lenders, shop owners, coaches. You ask the questions. Easiest one to start.

Talk about neighborhoods

One episode each. The Heights. West End. Downtown. Laurel. What it's like to live there.

Answer people's questions

What's my house worth? Should I wait on rates? What does closing cost? One per episode.

We help you pick on September 24. It takes about ten minutes.

The Question Everyone Asks

"Will My Broker Say Yes?"

Almost always. Montana wants your brokerage name in your ads, and your company may have its own rules on top. We handle all of that for you. It's part of the job, not a surprise later.

Bring your broker on the 24th. It's the fastest way to get a yes. They usually leave more excited than the agent did.

An Invitation

Brokerages and Associations — Bring Your People.

One show is hard to keep going on your own. It's easy when a group takes turns.

For Brokerages and Teams

Your office gets one show. Six agents take turns hosting, so nobody has to carry it alone.

  • Every agent gets clips with their own name on them
  • One show your whole office can share
  • A real reason for good agents to join you
  • We can run a private session just for your office

For Associations and Groups

If you run a group of agents in Billings, we'd like to work with you — not sell to you.

  • We'll produce your group's own podcast
  • We'll film your training days and events
  • We'll run a free session for your members
  • Your members get a deal at the studio

Bring five people or fifty. Tell us what your group needs and we'll build it around you.

Or just email Philip and John at [email protected].

Questions

Things People Ask Us

Is September 24 really free?

Yes. No ticket, no card, nothing to buy. Come see the studio and ask us anything. We'd rather show you than tell you.

I hate being on camera.

Almost everyone does for the first minute or two. Then you forget it's there. We help you through it and cut out anything awkward before you ever see it.

I'm not interesting enough for a show.

Your show isn't about you. It's about Billings and the people here. You just ask the questions. That's much easier than being interesting.

Nobody watches real estate podcasts.

True. So don't make one. Make a show about Billings that happens to have a real estate agent hosting it. People watch shows about the town they live in.

Do I need to get anything ready?

No. We write your questions. If you have a topic or a guest in mind, bring it. That's all.

What should I wear?

What you'd wear to meet a client. Plain colors look better on camera than patterns. You'll be in a working studio, so come as you'd want to be seen.

Can I bring someone?

Yes. Your broker, your partner, whoever helps with your marketing. Just sign them up too so we save the seat.

Where do I park?
